FAQ's About Poop Busters---

When will I be billed?
  • We  send out statements at the beginning of the month. If you begin service at the end of the month, we will bill you for any remaining weeks plus the upcoming month. Please remit payment as soon as possible so we can keep your lawn looking beautiful and free of waste.
Do  I need to be home when Poop Busters scoops my yard?
  • We like to meet all of our clients the first time we scoop but after that, most of the time we'll scoop when you aren't home. If you would like us to call beforehand, we can do that too!
What areas do you cover?
  • We service ALL of Cuyahoga County and some outlying areas! Give us a call or send us an email to find out! Pretty much anywhere there is poop, we will bust it!
Do you take the Poop with you?
  • We sure do and at no additional cost to you! 
I have a REALLY big dog, do you charge extra for that?
  • At Poop Busters, we believe in charging flat prices for all of our services. Big dog poop scoops the same as little dog poop. It's all the same to us!
Do I still pay for weeks when we are on vacation and my dog isn't home?
  • Absolutely not! Email us at awilson@poop-busters.com or call us at 216-816-7955 to let us know when you are leaving and when you will be back from your trip! We will suspend your service for those weeks without charge.
How will I know you've scooped my yard or walked my dog?
  • We set regularly scheduled scooping days and stick to them. If we say we'll be there Monday, we'll be there. If for some reason we can't, we will call you. For dog walking and Pet Sitting, we will leave you a report card about your pet.
